A word from our Founder

Welcome to a community built for leaders who want to grow, give, and lead with intention!

I founded the VIP HR Collective in 2024 for one reason senior HR leaders deserve a trusted community where they can speak candidly, learn, and be supported by peers who truly understand the role. While serving as President of Salt Lake SHRM, I consistently heard the same message: “We need a space that feels executive, safe, and real.” That request stayed with me and today it has a home. The VIP HR Collective is invitation-only by design. It’s built for meaningful dialogue, collective wisdom, mentorship, and relationships that begin here and continue well beyond one event. We bring in highly relevant speakers and create conversations that sharpen thinking, build confidence, and elevate the impact HR leaders have inside their organizations.

Our goal is to create an environment where real conversations happen, where leaders are challenged and supported, and where relationships extend far beyond a single event into mentorship, partnership, and long-term community.
