Melissa Ceballos

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Management, Marketing, and Business Development, with a true passion for helping others

Originally from Southern California, Melissa moved to Utah to pursue her studies and earned a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Utah. After graduation, she spent 19 years with a global transportation company, specializing in Talent Acquisition Management, before transitioning to the financial services industry in 2016. Currently, Melissa is the Director of People and Business Development at Elevated Retirement Group, where she works to enhance employee education and confidence around financial wellness and retirement planning. Her collaboration with organizations across Utah aim to strengthen retirement benefits, wellness initiatives, and support workforce education on financial planning for a secure future retirement.

Melissa is PHR and SHRM-CP certified and has been an active member of SHRM since 2013. She served as the President of the Salt Lake SHRM Chapter in 2022 and continues to contribute as a member of their Presidents Council. She is currently the Chair of the Utah Worksite Wellness Council.
