Recently joining Elevated Background Checks, she helps organizations simplify and strengthen their onboarding processes. With a strong foundation in HR and B2B sales, Teri is known for building genuine relationships and partnering with clients to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and create a smoother experience for new employees.

Beyond her professional work, Teri is passionate about giving back. She serves as Co-Director of Membership on the Salt Lake SHRM Board of Directors and as Secretary on the Dual Immersion Academy Board of Directors. She also contributes her time as an active member of the South Salt Lake Women in Business Committee and as a Workforce Development Spoke Advisor for the Bolder Way Forward initiative. Always eager to make a positive difference, Teri lends her energy and expertise to community efforts whenever she can.
